I absolutely love his art, and am so happy to include it in the novel I'm writing, which is set at the time he was painting. Can you imagine seeing these works for the first time?

It is of a time when everyone was doing the same thing. He was just better than most with a gift of genius to spur him on.

I love Kandinsky's art, and I love the way you connect it with music. So much music can be found in art. It would be interesting to pair a particular piece of music with a piece of art. I've done that from time to time. With Kandinsky, what would it be? Something abstract and colorful and fun and flighty, I think. I hadn't known much about his history, so I really appreciate what you've shared here. Thank you.

Great overview of a really interesting artist. The musicality of Kandinsky's art is such a key part of his unique genius.

Always nice to find other art writers on here, so I'm looking forward to reading more of your work.

Thanks for the intro to Wassily Kandinsky. Had never heard of him! I really appreciate how you weaved in his life story, the times he was in, and connected it to spirituality.
